@manton ugh. When we first moved in, I had to do the same for the back side yard. Someone had stupidly put in concrete under the gate to the front yard. During a storm, I had to tunnel under that barrier to get the water out to the front & drain. For other more isolated areas behind the house, we have a small pump w/strainer to help drain parts of the yard that have no outlet. In California, that gets deployed during atmospheric rivers. Those minor depressions you can’t easily see are annoying & bad




@hawaiiboy a lounge for economy passengers‽ I’d have loved to experience that. And their “exotic” decor, which I assume was tacky as heck. Neat bit of aviation history.
