@Munish Quick Start transfer is the way to go. iCloud restore is a lot more robust. Just be sure to not erase your old phone until you’re sure banking apps, password managers, etc. are good to go on the new one. Some apps need the old phone to generate a one-time-code or have their own transfer methods.
